When you reach a limit for the month, you can still view, export, and share everything—you just can't create new jobs, job-documents, or estimates in that category until next month or upgrade to Pro.
What happens if I downgrade?: If you cancel Pro, you keep access until the end of your billing period. After that, your account becomes Free. You don't lose any data: all your jobs and documents stay visible and readable.
